The Solstice Sessions

This is a mini urban retreat. Four mornings focused around a deepening of presence. Using movement, stilllness, sound and breath we will open internal doors and reestablish our relationsionship to the ground of Being. The place of love, wisdom and clarity that resides within each of us.
