The Samhain Sessions

Samhain is a time of moving into the darkness. The leaves fall away from the trees. The exterior becomes colder. The light begins to diminish. All of this is a movement inward. An invitation to look at the space within.

These four sessions are to support and enhance this cyclical journey across our inner landscape. Through meditation, movement, breath work, enquiry and prayer we will honour and explore the depths of our Beingness. This is resourcing at its core. This is a journey home.
