About The Event
This is the embodied practice of awakening to the deeper spacious Self. These three mornings will be focused around the idea of concealment and revelation in our lives. We will observe and work with the patterns that protect us; that so often keep us stuck in a very separate, and unfulfilled sense of self in mind, body & emotion. As we move deeper into experiencing the Truth; that we are complete, that we are free, that we are intrinsically worthy. This is the practice of creating revelation in our lives and aligning with our deepest Self. This is the point of yoga & meditation.
