Bráithreachas (Brotherhood) - A retreat for men

This is a weekend geared toward exploring what it is to be a man. In the face of so many external pressures and so many internal belief structures we easily loose sight of our essential nature. Of what we need to live a fulfilled, purposeful life. This is a journey of realigning to what it is that you need to live well. Our weekend will be camping in the hazel woods of the Burren. Living close to the land, we will use movement, stillness, sound, breath, communication, prose, poetry to explore and unfold over The course of the weekend. The role of men in the modern world is confused and scattered, many men are in crisis. Often disconnected from our deepest nature, wrapped in shame and consumed by external responsibilities. Join us for a weekend of learning how to resource yourself and connect to the ground of your essential nature.

11:30am beach / hurling / swim / foraging

2pm lunch

4pm breath / drum circle

6pm sweat lodge

7:30pm dinner

9pm meditation
