About The Event
For most of us we feel a lot of stress and anxiety most of the time. Worried about our lives and the way the world is going. There is a lot of stress out there that can seep in on us. These sessions are an opportunity to reset your nervous system. We will peel away some heavy Layers as we restore a more balanced, at ease, experience. Using simple movement techniques, breathwork, sound and silence we will come home to a more present, balanced experience of ourselves.
